Our mission is to bring talented dentists and oral hygienists from across Europe to Belgium, with a focus on the German and Swedish markets. We run events throughout the year to support our recruitment, mostly in Sweden and Germany. You can sign up for these events to get all the help and support you need to increase your chance of success.
Belgium face an increasing shortage of dentists. The reasons for this is ageing workforce, a limited number of training places in dentistry, and an increasing number of part-time workers.
The job market for talented dentists and oral hygienists is therefore excellent. There is a huge shortage of dentists throughout the Dutch speaking regions.
We help and support you with the whole process and we also have a unique partnership with the University of Groningen to help you succeed in learning the language. We also offer private lessons in the Dutch language and customize the training to speed up the process. Whenever you wish to work in Belgium there is no language test, however, employers will request a B2 level of Dutch language proficiency also in Belgium.
